- You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation damages for loss of revenue, profits, use, or data, resulting from any use of the Website, Application and/or the Services and products (regardless of whether we should have known of the possibility of such damages). Regardless of the form of action (including negligence), in no event shall our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the use of the Website, Application and/or the Services and products exceed the aggregate amount paid by you to use or access the Website, Application and/or the Services and products.
- We always strive for the exact colour, shade, size, frame design, frame colour etc as shown in the product images on the website. However, at times, there may be small variations in the finished products due to the variation in the process of printing & framing.
Return, Replacement & Cancellation
- Return: “Lumoarte” guarantees customer satisfaction. In case customer is not happy with the quality, returns will be accepted when “Lumoarte” is informed of the intent to return within 2 days of delivery. Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders are not eligible for returns.
- Replacement: In an unlikely event of damages during delivery, artwork having quality issue or wrong artwork delivered to you, it is eligible for free replacement. Customer shall inform at email@example.com about the damaged artwork, quality issue or wrong artwork within 24 hours of delivery along the photos of artwork showing the issue as a proof. Lumoarte shall not be liable to replace the artwork or refund the money if Lumoarte is informed after completion of 24 hours from time of delivery.
- Cancellation: Usually, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.
